And as a complement, the heel pads on the soles of the shoes are replaceable should they get worn down. They're inexpensive and easily replaced. Save your soles!Sidi's stock heel pads are tough enough. But not unlike your cleats, excessive walking in your biking shoes can eventually takes its toll on them. These Millenium 3 Replacement Heel Pads are identical to what you get on any Sidi shoe with a Millenium 3 or Carbon Composite sole, such as the '09 Genius 5.5 or the '09 Genius 5 Pro. You'll look for a rivet on the sole of your shoe and a corresponding notch in the heel pad. One set comes with 2 pads and 2 screws.
